By accessing or using VibeMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

VibeMap is a community-curated directory of fashion shops, boutiques, and retail locations. We aggregate and display user-submitted information for informational purposes only. VibeMap is not a retailer, marketplace, or booking platform.

All purchases, plan upgrades, and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Lite and Pro plan subscriptions
• Any one-time payments or credits
• Unused PDF export quota within a billing period

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure on our end), refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion by contacting support. We make no guarantee of issuing a refund in any case.

VibeMap allows users to submit shop listings, comments, and notes. By submitting content, you:

• Confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Grant VibeMap a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content
• Accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or violations in your submissions

We reserve the right to remove, reject, or edit any user-submitted content at our discretion without notice.

VibeMap makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any shop information on this platform. Shop details including opening hours, addresses, prices, and contact information are user-submitted and may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify information independently before visiting a shop or making purchasing decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeMap and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information displayed on the platform
• Shops being closed, relocated, or no longer operating
• Disputes between users and shop owners
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Loss of data, PDF exports, or saved collections due to technical issues

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. VibeMap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam, submit false information, or abuse the platform in any way — with or without notice.

All platform design, branding, code, and non-UGC content are the intellectual property of VibeMap. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

VibeMap may display links to third-party websites such as Google Maps or Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
